Saide’s newsletter, Open Learning through Distance Education (OLTDE) was published and freely disseminated in hard copy from 1995 to 2005. The aim of the newsletter being to showcase our work, stimulate debate and encourage the sharing of experiences around issues of quality distance education and resource-based learning practices in Southern Africa.
