Piloting use of ASb tools in Libraries is a project funded by the Lenovo Foundation, following on the Story Maker App that emerged as the Winner of Winners in the 2021 Tech4Good Awards. Through the Lenovo Foundation, seven ASb literacy Champions in Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria and Malawi received 40 tablets to use in eight libraries with children. Guided by the ASb East and West Africa Partner Development Coordinator, the Champions are working with the eight libraries to support local children to read and write storybooks using the ASb Reader and Story Maker Apps.
